Book Review: Angelfall by Susan Ee

Book Review: Angelfall by Susan Ee

Woah, woah, woah, WOAH! I know people have been saying this book is good but WOAH. Seriously. I have a very pressing question… WHEN does the sequel come out exactly??? And will donating a first-born child help to get it here sooner? Because, seriously, I might want to do that. I don’t know what exactly I expected from this book but it completely blew me away. First of all, realism and honesty. This sounds weird. I don’t proclaim to be a post-apocalyptic fiction expert, but this was a perfect rendition of such a world. Giveaway: Cuddlebuggery’s Top Cuddles of 2012 Giveaway Hop

Welcome everyone to my first ever giveaway hop! I’m so excited to participate (particularly because I love Cuddlebuggery *blushes* — *cough* don’t tell them I said that) and to be able to share some of my favorite books with you. Now 2012 was a big year for me: it shall henceforth and forever be known as “the year I started reading again” because, well, yeah, didn’t read much before then. But 2012 is the year I discovered The Hunger Games and that triggered an obsession. I think I might seriously have a reading addiction now, it’s quite incredible. But that led to this blog being […]

Book Review: Opal by Jennifer L. Armentrout

Why do you do this to me Jennifer? I’m such a mess right now. My emotionsssss. We left Katy and Daemon after a big shocker in Onyx and most of Opal is spent trying to repair the damage. In terms of character development, this installment is amazing. Katy comes to terms with the guilt of lying to her friends and family about, well, everything. Daemon transforms and finally trusts Katy enough to show his truly cuddly side. Dee is left in depression after the events of Onyx, understandably, and shows an amazing transformation throughout the novel (though it was sad for Katy in most of […]
