tick, tick, tick, tick, tick
it’s almost
time for war.

Juliette has escaped to Omega Point. It is a place for people like her—people with gifts—and it is also the headquarters of the rebel resistance.

She’s finally free from The Reestablishment, free from their plan to use her as a weapon, and free to love Adam. But Juliette will never be free from her lethal touch.

Or from Warner, who wants Juliette more than she ever thought possible.

In this exhilarating sequel to Shatter Me, Juliette has to make life-changing decisions between what she wants and what she thinks is right. Decisions that might involve choosing between her heart—and Adam’s life. Goodreads

It’s almost been a year since I first read Shatter Me. Honestly, I don’t know how I really survived the wait. I feel like Shatter Me is a really underrated book. I see a lot of negative reviews and I get really defensive about it. I mean, people just basically criticized the writing style and that made me mad. Even before meeting Tahereh and hearing about why she decided to write it in such a distinctive style, I loved it. I felt there was no better way to portray a crazy person than to write it so distinctively. I found it really beautiful. And I still do. And so I love Shatter Me for going against conventions, and I can’t wait to read the sequel. So many questions that I really want answers to.

    • Haha yay! I’m glad you agree! It’s been so long since I read Shatter Me, I should just prepare by reading it again. Can’t wait to get back to that world!

    • Ugh, you people with your ARCs, how annoying! 😛 I’m jealous, jk. Good to hear, although I’m not sure that’s possible…. ahhh, waiting sucks.
