I went a biiiiiiit far this month, it turns out, with my book haul. But I had things to celebrate: a late graduation gift to myself, the first paycheck self-congratulatory gifts… There are REASONS. And I’m on a book buying ban now until Christmas anyway, so that should … compensate? ^^;

  1. I quite liked MY TRUE LOVE GAVE TO ME, but ended up giving it only 3 stars… It’s just not as SPECTACULAR as I expected, but some stories were really great (like Rainbow Rowell’s and Stephanie Perkins’!). I also really loved the illustrations. πŸ™‚

  2. I want that freaking Harry Potter boxed set so badly. But 142 bucks?? I cannot afford that. Wahhhhh. It is so pretty! I am so jealous. πŸ˜›

    And yeah, the way that manga Alice in Wonderland is illustrated and organized makes me actually want to read AIW. We have the original and ugh, it’s a pain.

    Cannot wait to read Magonia and Crimson Bound. I grabbed them too. And a few others. Whoops.

    • Awwwwwwww yeah, it is ridiculously overpriced, and I think I saw it come down more after I freaked out and bought it thinking it went out of print. Ah, the things we do for fandom. xD

      THE ART IS SO PRETTY OMGGG. I legit can’t WAIT to read it now, which is very unusual for me with classics.
