Most Wanted: March 2015

Posted March 4, 2015 by Debby in Most Wanted / 5 Comments

I’m honestly surprised, but I don’t have that many anticipated March titles on my list. Slow month for me? Gives me time to catch up, I suppose! And maybe you can point out some gross oversight on my part 🙂

March 3rd

The Storyspinner The Winner's Crime small Not Otherwise Specified

The Storyspinner by Becky Wallace: My review for this went up this week, but yeah. This was just a super fun fantasy with super awesome ships and lots of twisty action… A well-rounded debut!

The Winner’s Crime by Marie Rutkoski: I did already read this, and I thought it was good, but it was really slow. Fans of the first book, who ship Arin and Kestrel a lot, will adore this though.

Not Otherwise Specified by Hannah Moskowitz: I’m sad that I think the cover of this one is completely godawful, because it’s been getting such good reviews. It’s looking like a win for diversity, and more specifically for bisexuals. I’m curious!

March 10th

The Orphan Queen

The Orphan Queen by Jodi Meadows: This one has been getting RAVE reviews, so it’s definitely on my radar. I am a tiny bit nervous though because I didn’t fully love the Incarnate series – in fact, I still haven’t read the last book. Oops. But I will probably check this out anyway.

March 24th

Liars Inc

Liars, Inc. by Paula Stokes: I just finished reading this one and I thought it was really good! It might not be as thriller-scary as I wanted, but Stokes knows how to write her characters.

March 31st

The Start of Me and You

The Start of Me and You by Emery Lord: I really liked Open Road Summer and I’ve heard that this is just as feel good shippy awesomeness. I already pre-ordered it, so I really really really need this to get into my hands soon.

Which March ’15 titles are you most excited for?

  1. The Storyspinner and Not Otherwise Specified both have amazing reviews. They look so good. I just need something fun right now. I haven’t had a really good read in a long while. I need this and these two are sure to give it to me. They just have to.

    • Yusssss. I kind of want a finished copy of The Storyspinner, but I dunno, I just don’t like the cover that much? I have this itching feeling that it’ll get redesigned lol, so I might wait a little bit. BUT YES DO READ IT IT’S SO FUN.

  2. From this list I already read “Not Otherwise Speficied” and I’m glad to tell you that it’s amazing, it took me a while to get used to the writing because is basically a stream of thoughts but once it got going for me it was perfect, also read “The Start of Me and You” and it was my first E. Lord book and it made me regret not picking up her debut sooner, it was a easy 5 star and definitely a new favorite. Hope you enjoy them too!
