Another seasonal TBR! I read 8 of the 10 books on my Summer TBR. I was hoping to get through all ten, but review copies kind of stacked up and ruined that idea. Hopefully I’ll catch up on the last two before the end of the year 🙂 Anyway, this fall I’m again swamped with a bunch of ARCs, but a lot of them I am GENUINELY very excited for. Then there’s possibly my most anticipated book of 2014. And there’s a lot of series that I want to finish up. So here we go!

The Blood of Olympus Top-Ten-Clues-Youre-Clueless Snow Like Ashes

1. The Blood of Olympus by Rick Riordan

2. Top Ten Clues You’re Clueless by Liz Czukas
I need more banterfluff in my life, and I know I can count on Liz Czukas, after Ask Again Later. SOOOOON.

3. Snow Like Ashes by Sarah Raasch
I’ve mostly heard GREAT things about this so far, and come on, THAT FREAKING COVER YO. I really hope this doesn’t disappoint.

Stitching Snow A Thousand Pieces of You Love And Other Theories

4. Stitching Snow by R.C. Lewis
Sci-fi fairy tale retelling? I am always game. ALWAYS.

5. A Thousand Pieces of You by Claudia Gray
THIS COVER. ALSO: PARALLEL UNIVERSES. Please be good. Please be good.

6. Love and Other Theories by Alexis Bass
MOAR BANTERFLUFF! I hadn’t heard about it before seeing it on Edelweiss, but it sounds super fun!

Miss Peregrine's Home Finding It Last Sacrifice The Jedi Doth Return

7. Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs
After my TTT on books I want to read but don’t own yet, Quirk sent me Miss Peregrine’s – because they are the bestest ever. I’M SO EXCITED. Maybe I’ll time it so I read this around Halloween. Sounds about right.

8. Finding It by Cora Carmack
Time to finish up this series! I loved Losing It and Faking It, but this one generally gets lower ratings. But still, it’s Cora Carmack. Come on.

9. Last Sacrifice by Richelle Mead
ALMOST DONE. I don’t know how or why I’m still pushing on with this series (okay, I do: Adrian) but yeah. I am looking forward to finishing the series, and then…. moving on to Bloodlines. Probably. Because Adrian.

10. William Shakespeare’s The Jedi Doth Return by Ian Doescher
Another series to finish! This should be easy, because these books are really short, but yeah. They’re funnnnnnn. 🙂

That’s my list! What are you planning to read this Fall?

  1. I can’t wait to get started in Snow like ashes. I’ve heard mixed things about Stitching snow, but I still can’t wait to read it! Fairy tales 😀 A thousand pieces of you almost looks and sounds too good to be true.. I hope we will love it. I also got a copy from Miss Peregrine’s, it sounds creepy. You are flying through VA, I’m still stuck in book 2.

    Happy reading!

  2. Ugh, I need to get my hands on A Thousand Pieces of You and Snow Like Ashes stat! Those are probably a few of my favorite upcoming releases. They both sound so amazing. Miss Peregrine’s was definitely different, a good different, and the pictures just helped the story come alive. You’ll love it!

  3. Snow like Ashes and Stitiching Snow are both on my TBR list- I’m really hoping they are as good as they sound!
I actually enjoyed Finding It more than Losing It! I think I’m in a small minority but I really enjoyed the Europe interrailing storyline.

    Good luck with the TBR!

  4. Amber Elise

    Great choices all around *applause*

I REALLY hope that A Thousand Pieces of You, it has everything that I LOVE which makes me afraid for it!

And I NEED to read Snow Like Ashes!!

    Amber Elise @Du Livre

  5. *echoes noises of distress* I haven’t read any of the HoO books but I ordered all five and plan on bingeing it straight through. I’M TERRIFIED I’VE HEARD SO MUCH ABOUT THE FEELS

I’m so excited for Snow Like Ashes; I’ve only heard positive comments on it! Just a few more weeks till its release date 😀

I have Last Sacrifice on my list today as well! I’m hesitant to read it because I know it’s supposed to be a painful ending, but then that means I get to move on to Bloodlines, and Adrian. Always Adrian 😉

  6. I am so, so, so, so excited for The Blood of Olympus! I can’t believe this series will be over in a few weeks!

Top Ten Clues You’re Clueless is adorable! I absolutely loved it, and I think you’ll like it too.

    Happy fall reading!

  7. Yesss banterfluff! I hope Top Ten Clues is just as good as Ask Again Later. And I’m really excited for Snow Like Ashes also! That’s def on my list. Stitching Snow too, it’s hard to resist any sort of fairy tale retelling for me.

I’m also very excited for Blue Lily, Lily Blue, Unmade, The World of Ice and Fire (fake history, yaaaay!), and the many summer books I’ve been stockpiling to read (Kiss of Deception, The Glass Sentence, Isla, etc etc etc). Always so many books! Happy reading 🙂

  8. Kat

Ohhhhhhh so many pretty books – and almost all of them are on my TBR too.

Top Ten Clues is super-cute. I don’t normally read cute books, but I liked that one a lot.

  9. I put Last Sacrifice on my TBR as well because I need to finish this series. Afterwards I also want to start with the Bloodlines series although I have no clue what it is about. I still need to read Miss Peregrine’s but I keep putting it off! I really need motivation when it comes to that book.

    • The Bloodlines series follows Sydney and Adrian, sooo yeah, I’m excited. I’m so over Rose and Dimitri at this point, so I will be happy to be rid of them. I might wait until the Bloodlines series is complete though, and take a break from Richelle Mead, because damn. It’s entertaining but so frustrating.

I’m going to aim to read Miss Peregrine’s in October, since I do have it for review, and it’ll go well with Halloween. Maybe there’s a spooky books read-a-thon or something you can join in October? I think it would definitely qualify!
